Negotiation Analyst (all genders)
DACH · Full-time · Remote/hybrid
Provide the analytical foundation for negotiations through spend analysis, benchmarks and strategy, giving negotiators more time with suppliers.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse supplier-ledger, invoice and contract data
- Create negotiation dossiers covering suppliers, price trends and opportunities
- Maintain and expand the benchmark database
- Calculate and document savings
- Help the AI team improve analysis tools
Your profile
- 0–3 years in analytics, controlling, procurement or consulting
- Strong Excel and basic SQL or BI skills
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- German C1 and good English
Nice to have
- Initial LLM-tool experience and knowledge of indirect procurement categories.
Responsibility and collaboration
- Entry level/Professional; no line-management responsibility; reports to Lead Negotiator.

- A standard negotiation dossier and a measurable reduction in preparation time per engagement.
