Working Student Negotiation Ninja (all genders)
DACH · Part-time, 16–20 hours/week (up to 40 during semester breaks) · Remote/hybrid
Support negotiation preparation and learn the craft from the ground up, with a path towards a junior role.
Your responsibilities
- Research suppliers, market prices and competing offers
- Prepare invoice and contract data
- Create offer comparisons and negotiation materials
- Join supplier discussions and gradually take ownership of individual topics
- Maintain negotiation records in the CRM
Your profile
- Enrolled student in business, industrial engineering, law, business law or a related subject
- Confident Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Clear communication and willingness to handle phone calls and pushback
- German C1 and good English
Nice to have
- An internship in procurement, sales or consulting; experience with AI tools.
Responsibility and collaboration
- Student; no line-management responsibility; reports to Lead Negotiator.
Your goals for the first six months
- Independently prepare standard negotiations and complete a first small-volume phone negotiation.
