MLOps / AI Platform Engineer (all genders)
Remote: EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein · Full-time · Remote
Keep AI applications secure, stable, traceable and cost-efficient to support customer trust.
Your responsibilities
- Build and operate the AI platform, deployment, monitoring, logging and cost controls
- Implement CI/CD and versioning for models, agents and prompts
- Develop security, tenant-separation and CH/EU data-residency controls
- Support customer security audits and ISO 27001 preparation
- Optimise latency and token costs
Your profile
- 3+ years of DevOps/platform engineering with ML or LLM workloads
- AWS, Azure or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes or serverless; infrastructure as code
- Security fundamentals
- Fluent German or English
Nice to have
- ISO 27001, practical Swiss/EU privacy experience and LLM observability tools.
Responsibility and collaboration
- Senior; no line-management responsibility; reports to CTO.
Your goals for the first six months
- Monitoring and cost dashboards for all AI services, with security questionnaires answerable within one week.
